Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide regular project status updates and presentations to senior executives and stakeholders

  • Sense of humor. And you’re not a jerk. Life’s too short.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and with high quality
  • But you’ve also worked on projects that didn’t succeed and can speak candidly about why and how they might have gone differently
  • Experience in leading cross-functional project teams, including business leaders, technical teams, and external vendors – either internally or as an external consultant
  • Excellent project management skills, including project planning, risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. You are comfortable speaking with both CEOs and the lower level associates who perform key roles.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Experience working with data; you
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools is a plus
  • PMP or other project management certification is a plus. Or at least not frowned upon.
